Meet the founder, Stella

Hi, nice to meet you!

I’m a career and wellbeing practitioner supporting people across all stages of their professional journeys, with a particular focus on non-medical burnout mitigation and recovery. My approach is restorative, person-centred, and highly practical, helping individuals navigate systemic workplace pressures, establish sustainable boundaries, and proactively manage stress to reclaim their energy and professional alignment.

Alongside my burnout specialisation, I provide tailored career and transition support for disabled and neurodivergent individuals. I work extensively with clients navigating the NDIS framework, as well as those who sit outside of it, ensuring that everyone has access to affirming, practical guidance.

Beyond my individual client work, I support university students across various disciplines—from science and health to the arts—helping them navigate academic challenges, access resources, and build the self-assurance to thrive. I also collaborate with community organisations to support women and gender-diverse people, strengthening their sense of agency, capability, and personal empowerment to contribute to broader equity and inclusion.

With a rich background spanning career development, recruitment, education, business development, and strategic service and systems design, I bring a broad perspective to career pathways. My holistic approach considers not only your individual goals but also the broader structures, workplaces, and evolving job markets that impact your day-to-day wellbeing.

I help people move forward in ways that are deeply sustainable, protective of their energy, and holistically supportive of their whole life—not just their work.

I’m excited to learn about your journey and explore how we can work together to restore your professional balance and reach your goals.
